About the Company's Founder
Bruce G. Lynch, the Founder and President of Rosamund Property Consultants, is a native of North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University.
Mr. Lynch has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience covering all facets of the industry. His diversified experience includes:-
Underwriting more than $105 million of real estate proposals for acquisition, joint venture and mortgage financing.
- Managing nearly $130 million of existing joint ventures and wholly-owned properties including construction, leasing and management.
- Leasing multiple strip centers, mall properties and disposition sites in the Carolinas totaling more than 4.1 million square feet of retail space.
- Negotiating sales of properties to $10,000,000.00 in value.
- Transacting hundreds of retail and commercial leases ranging in size from 100 square feet to 150,000 square feet.
Mr. Lynch holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
